Where appropriate, airborne and surface sampling is undertaken to help determine the extent of contamination and support remediation decisions. A detailed report is then provided outlining our findings, the scope of affected materials, and the recommended remediation requirements.

Following remediation, LOH Consulting conducts independent Post Remediation Verification (PRV) assessments to confirm that remediation has been completed to a suitable standard. We verify that moisture sources have been addressed, mould contamination has been effectively removed, and the affected areas have been returned to a clean and dry condition suitable for reoccupation.
